Katsuhiro upon returning to his home village discovered that it had been destroyed.

Katsuhiro found himself in Bloodhound City after he wandered the desert. Katsu, having lived in the country all his life cannot keep up with the pace of the city.

Katsuhiro's master. After meeting with Katsuhiro in his destroyed village. Sakurai follwed Katsuhiro into the forest. He then found that Katsuhiro had wandered into an old castle. One man inhabited this castle. Sakurai stepped in to fight this man, instead of having Katsuhiro fight. Sakurai was defeated and killed only after telling Katsuhiro to run from the castle.
